National Butterfly Center, 6/2/15

Luciano found a Falcate Skipper at the National Butterfly Center yesterday so I thought I would run over and get one for my year list.  Turns out there were two pretty fresh ones.  The winter and spring rains are really paying off.

Since I had luck with the fiddlewood at Bentsen yesterday, I thought I would check them out here and they were blooming also.  A little searching turned up my first Curve-winged Metalmark for the year.

White-striped Longtails are hard to refuse!

Another Julia Heliconian.

I assume this is the same Silver Emperor that has been present for the past ten days or so.
